During each of the meetings we will discuss different aspects related to EFT Community Leadership and Starting/Building/Running an official EFT Community. We will cover topics and information such as (but not limited to): How to Start an EFT Community, The Business Side of a Community (Formulating a Non-Profit or a For Profit Corporation/Business formulation), Meeting ICEEFT Requirements, Creating Bylaws, Forming a Board of Directors, Recruiting Board Members, Fees and Contracts for EFT Training Events, Working with EFT Trainers, Roles of a Community Leader, Handling Conflict within your Community or on Your Board
