Are you ready to transform your therapy practice and level up your psychotherapy skills?

Join us for this exciting and experiential training where you'll experience what everyone calls "the magic of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)", and learn what makes EFT so different and effective from other modalities of counseling in the field of psychotherapy. If you're looking for a way to be effective as a clinician to help your clients create lasting change, EFT is for you! EFT has earned the #1 APA gold standard of Evidence Based Counseling for its demonstrated efficacy and ability to help create change that lasts over time.
EFT's theoretical framework, therapeutic structure and clinical interventions have been rigorously tested for efficacy and demonstrated to be the most effective of clinical models available. EFT is designed to help clients from all walks of life with diverse backgrounds and diverse mental health needs, and is effective in helping Couples (EFCT), Families (EFFT) and Individuals (EFIT). For more information and a comprehensive list of outcome studies and research conducted on EFT, visit: https://www.ICEEFT.com

Emotionally Focused Therapy is founded in Attachment Science, Neurological Science, and Systems Theory with an integration of Somatic work, humanistic, and parts work. Its strong, well researched foundational base provides us with a comprehensive and holistic framework for understanding the human condition empathically without judging people's pain as pathological. It helps us understand why/how we behave, feel, and think the way we do; how/why we either do or do not get close to others, and how we move through life coping with life's challenges and successes. It also helps us as clinicians, not only better and more empathically understand ourselves and our clients as humans, it also gives us a road map for what to do with what we learn and encounter.

EFT's model and interventions give therapists a clear roap map for each step within the psychotherapy process from the start of our first contact with a client to our last session with them. Additionally, EFT's framework and roadmap of interventions help therapists have a plan for what to do within every single clinical session they have and what to do with what may come up is inside sessions.

In short, EFT provides us with a compass, a map, and well researched understanding which guides us how to read this map and use the compass to point us towards better mental and emotional health and healthy relationships.
